Dale Armstrong, and his wife Teri reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. They have three sons, Ben, Zack and Ethen.

Dale began ministering the gospel at 16 years of age, and together with Teri they have pastored several churches in Pennsylvania and ministered in many nations of the world. They lead the Armada network, a missions organization with more than 60 members including pastors, missionaries, and Christian leaders.

Their primary focus is the former Soviet Union, raising up leaders and establishing new churches. For the past 30 years they have watched young congregations multiply and grow. The greater task before them now includes raising a new generation of leaders to shape the future of our nation.

Dale currently serves the Pennsylvania Pastors Network as Treasurer and Secretary.
